| 2 parts 2 oz 60 ml | Espolòn® Tequila Añejo |
| 0.25 parts 0.3 oz 10 ml | Simple syrup |
| 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters | |
METHOD
| 1 | Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. |
| 2 | Add ice and stir until chilled. |
| 3 | Strain into a rocks glass over a large block of fresh ice, and garnish with an orange twist. |
