0.75 part 0.75 oz 22 ml | Grand Marnier® Cordon Rouge |
0.75 part 0.75 oz 22 ml | Fresh lime juice |
0.25 part 0.25 oz 7.4ml | Agave syrup |
Lime wheel garnish and salt | |
METHOD
1 | Fill a wide shallow dish with 2-3mm of fine salt |
2 | Cut a lime in half and rub around the rim of the glass |
3 | Holding glass upside down, dip wet delicately into the salt |
4 | Shake ingredients with plenty of ice, and double strain into a coupette |
5 | Garnish with lime peel/wedge |
SERVING
Premium coupette (or rocks as an alternative “on the rocks”) glass, sea salt crusted rim (half-rim is a good option) and lime peel or wedge.
