Our Maestro Tequilero is at the heart of Espolòn’s production. With over 18 years’ experience, Jesús brings hands-on craftsmanship that is behind each drop of Espolòn produced.
You’d be hard pressed to find a spirits category that Jesús has not studied. From the Cognac houses of France and the vermouth facilities of Italy to the historic distilleries of Scotland, the Caribbean and England, Jesús has explored spirit production and history. But, no matter what, he always came back to his first and true love: Tequila.
