PALÒMA CLASSIC

 

gather it

2 parts Espolòn Blanco

1 part Lime Juice

Grapefruit Soda

Pinch of Sea Salt

Make it

Combine in a highball glass on the rocks and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a lime wheel.

 

 

MEXICAN MULE

1½ parts Espolòn Reposado

½ part Lime Juice

Ginger Beer

 

Make it

Combine in a mule cup on the rocks and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.

AÑEJO OLD FASHIONED

 

gather it

2 parts Espolòn Añejo

½ part Agave Nectar

1 dash of Angostura Bitters

1 dash of Orange Bitters

 

Make it

Build in an Old Fashioned glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.

gather it

2 parts Espolòn Blanco

½ part Lime Juice

Coca-Cola

 

Make it

Serve on the rocks in a Collins glass. Garnish with a salt rim and lime wedge.

 

ESPOLÒN MARGARITA

gather it

2 parts Espolòn Blanco

¾ Part Grand Marnier

1 part Fresh Lime Juice

½ part Agave Nectar

 

make it

Shake over ice and strain into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
